Nestled between Guadalajara and Lake Chapala, the Jalisco facility is the largest of the Heat and Control properties, and the head office for Mexico and Latin American operations.
The project is set to break ground on the first phase of construction this spring and will include a 281,849 square foot temperature-controlled warehouse.
The new state-of-the-art facility is designed to support the movement of fresh produce from field to table, and will employ renewable energy and automation to maximize throughput, extend produce shelf life, and minimize costs.
